Steps
Send photos of the RC and tell us whether you are the buyer or the seller.
We prepare Forms 29 and 30 and tell both parties exactly where to sign.
Application, fees and RTO verification are handled by us. You don’t have to wait at the office.
We follow the application until the RTO approves it and the RC is dispatched, and update you on WhatsApp.
How long it takes. The buyer must apply within 14 days of the sale in the same state (45 days if the vehicle comes from another state). The new RC usually takes a few weeks to arrive after approval.

Until the RC is transferred, fines, accidents and challans are linked to the registered owner. Transferring protects the seller.
